Refund policy

RETURNS
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To start a return, email office@tearlessstreet.com with your order number. Once we confirm, send the item to:

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at office@tearlessstreet.com with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item for another size or piece, return the original and place a new order.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at office@tearlessstreet.com.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to process it.
